UK espresso machine maker Fracino scoops awards

Family run UK firm Fracino are celebrating 50 years of producing excellent espresso and cappuccino machines, and now with the Italians importing the machines, they’ve scooped up two industry awards too. A triple celebration for the Birmingham based company.

Dispatching their home made machines all around the globe, Fracino have cracked the coffee-loving Italian market too. That’s right, they’re exporting coffee machines to the Italians!

Specialising in producing commercial espresso and cappuccino machines, they have no show rooms and only an online presences, all in an attempt to keep costs and prices down.

With revenues continuing to grow even through the recession, the UK manufacturers association (EEF) awarded Fracino with the ‘Outstanding Export Award’ and ‘UK’s Winner of Winners Award’.

If winning two awards from the EEF and celebrating 50 years of business wasn’t enough, they were also rated 57th in GQ’s “100 Best Things in the World” survey. Oh and also praised by our prime minister… great work Fracino.
